I’m trying to help my sister figure out How To Lose Weight Fast; I have been acting as her personal trainer for a month or so now, and I’m actually not all that great at it. I really need some advice to push her in the right direction, because we’ve just been at odds all day long. If perhaps she could find the right diet plan for herself or the proper supplements for her workout and for her body type, then I’m hoping that she can get herself back on track. I don’t really know what the answer is at present, but I’m going to go online tonight and look up all of the ways to lose weight that I can find. She wants to lose about 15 pounds before track season so that she can have an easier time running, but she’s not sure how to do it at present.
